01

Branding · Positioning · Customer journeys · Websites

The Trust Gap

The problem
A growing Instagram audience was paying attention, but the business around it was not giving that trust anywhere clear to go.
The work
Positioning, brand direction, offer structure and a website journey designed around confidence and booking intent.
The shift
Instagram attention → a credible, bookable business.
02

AI Automations

The Manual Machine

The problem
Personalised outreach worked—but repeating it manually was consuming the founder’s week.
The work
A practical automation system that preserved the human context while removing repetitive production work.
The shift
Repetitive yet personalised outreach → 20+ hours recovered every week.
03

Branding · AI Automations

The Catalogue Bottleneck

The problem
Producing consistent, premium product imagery had become slower than the catalogue could afford.
The work
An AI-assisted image workflow built around the brand’s visual standards rather than generic output.
The shift
Manual product imagery → premium catalogue assets produced in hours.
04

Branding · Copy · Wix website

The Barkology Club

The problem
A highly specific dog-nutrition offer needed to feel credible, understandable and usable for Indian pet parents.
The work
Brand identity, messaging, website copy and a complete Wix build for custom nutrition plans based on AAFCO standards.
The shift
Specialist knowledge → a clear, trustworthy product-led brand.
05

Branding · Copy · Squarespace website

Breathe. Move. Love.

The problem
A yoga and well-being practice had grown through word of mouth but had no coherent online path to discovery and booking.
The work
Brand direction, copy and a calm, responsive Squarespace experience built around the way clients choose and book.
The shift
Word-of-mouth practice → a fully bookable online presence.

Before we talk

Useful
questions.

What does the Business Design Studio actually do?

It solves business problems that cross the usual departmental boundaries. A project might involve positioning, branding, customer journeys, websites, UI/UX, technology or AI automation—but the work begins with the underlying problem, not a menu of deliverables.

Who is this best suited to?

Founder-led businesses, creators and experts who have something real to build or improve, but need help finding the clearest route through it. It is especially useful when the challenge does not fit neatly inside one discipline.

Can you handle both strategy and implementation?

Yes. The point is to keep the thinking and the making connected. Depending on the project, I lead the work directly and bring in trusted designers, developers or specialists where their depth will improve the result.

Do I need to arrive with a polished brief?

No. A messy brief is often useful evidence. Bring the context, the friction and what you have already tried; defining the right problem is part of the work.

How are projects scoped and priced?

After an initial conversation, I recommend the smallest useful engagement for the problem—usually a focused sprint, a connected studio project or ongoing support. Scope, timing and fees are then set clearly before work begins.
